These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LotteryMap.com (the "Site"), operated by LotteryMap ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What LotteryMap Is
LotteryMap is an independent, informational website. We publish lottery draw results, historical winning numbers, jackpot and prize information, retailer and winning-location data, and related calculators and tools, compiled from official state lottery sources and other public records.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Lottery drawings are conducted by official state lottery agencies — always verify winning numbers, prize amounts, and claim deadlines directly with your official state lottery before taking any action, including claiming a prize.

Lottery drawings are random, independent events. Historical results, number-frequency statistics ("hot" or "cold" numbers), winning-retailer rankings, simulators, and any other trend or pattern information on the Site are provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. None of it predicts, influences, or improves the odds of any future drawing, and none of it constitutes a recommendation, forecast, or guarantee of any outcome. Every lottery ticket has identical odds regardless of where, when, or how it is purchased.
